Springfield Estate Garuzis

The Garuzis Brut was made using the traditional methode and aged for 30 months on the lees before degorgement. 

Notes of fresh granny smith ape, lime and white peaches are beautifully complimented by hints of brioche, honey, almonds and a zesty freshness.
